We were in a good location at a short distance from a public gallery. The area was very comfortable really close to the tram stop, Southern Cross train station and the Yarra River.
The breakfast definitely should of been was included in our fare.

The breakfast was solid with all the lost chocolate and fresh omelettes, for instance, nothing too much trouble. The service offered was fantastic, the room was neat with bathroom and most tranquil floors, for instance:)))

The staff were friendly.
We were disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned properly. Both bins were full when we returned and towels had not been replaced. It's unacceptable to call for basic necessities and wait an hour for a response. This is far below the standard expected from a hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous, located in an absolutely beautiful heritage building. Very comfy and stylish rooms. Everything is sparkling and new, very nice. The concierge and doormen were great too, nothing is a problem for them, very polite and helpful. Pool, sauna etc were all fantastic.
The only tiny negative I can think of was that we found the room temperature a bit too warm.

Liked everything about it. The old buildings are very tastefully renovated.
If I had any complaint it was the corridors are very long and if your room is at the end - which ours was - it is a long walk.

A Nice Family Stay with Really good Service!
Our family had a good two-night stay. The room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a treat, especially the freshly made omelets. Pro tip, make sure to enjoy the brunch buffet for a great start to your day! Staff were attentive and friendly.

The hotel facade is nice. Hotel staffs are very friendly and made our stay pleasant. Everyone has a ready smile. The environment is cosy and feels at home. The hotel even has a weighing machine which is a plus to woman.
Everything was great except the pillows too soft. Breakfast not much variety. Mainly english style breakfast. No congee, noodles, sushi.
